A shower room with WC completes this floor.

On the lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, a second living and dining area features 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a flat screen satellite TV, and direct exits to both the terrace and the swimming pool. This level also includes 1 bedroom with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with its own exit to the terrace, as well as a second open kitchen equipped with 2 induction hot plates and a kettle.
