Villa's in Central Ontario

'This place was... underwhelming. We were grateful for the air conditioning that worked really well and a comfortable bed. However, the place could use a deep cleaning and fresh paint, and we were concerned by the lack of mattress protector on the bed, mildew on the shower curtain, and what appeared to be a mouse dropping on one of the chairs. The host was very responsive with information at booking and for check in, and it was nice to have a separate entrance.'

'The space was dirty and not well appointed. Worst part was there was no air conditioning working in the house and when we asked the host who was on the property, he said "sorry, it broke yesterday". It was over 30 degrees outside and hotter inside. Absolutely a horrible experience. We left and I asked for a full refund - called the owner and he yelled at me multiple times "no way!" over and over. '

'Everything was great, my only feedback is there needs to be more towels, paper towels, and dish towels, and bedding for the sofa couch. Thank you!'

'The property had several positives. Check-in was seamless, instructions were clear, and everything in the unit was thoughtfully labeled. The location was excellent—close to downtown Elora, local attractions, and easy parking. The space was modern, and the listing photos accurately represented the property.The unit was generally tidy and reasonably clean, though not immaculate. Unfortunately, there were two significant concerns. Despite the no-smoking policy, there was a strong smoke odor...

'There were eight people staying over the Thanksgiving weekend. The property is exactly as described. The views were fantastic, can’t go wrong with water views!! The hot tub was great except two of the jets were not working??The rooms were very clean and comfortable! The kitchen was very good and we were able to cook our turkey dinner no issues. Very nice touch to have two fridges!All in all everyone was very impressed and happy with the property and their time together.One bit of advice.....
