'Pretty standard. Rooms were nice and clean, but they didn’t clean the room during our stay. Most of the outlets and USB ports in the room did not work. Pool was also out of order, and they ran out of half of the breakfast items quickly.'

'I am a world traveler and I must say that this was the best stay we ever had. Staff was so friendly and service oriented. We were sick and one of the staff members broad us chicken soup. Free cold waters after coming back from running.
You better stay here when you are looking for a stay in Atlanta area. We will be back'

'This hotel looks nice from the outside and is in a nice outdoor mall, but in the rooms it's clear this is a very old property that was refurbished in a skin deep and half assed manner.
- The sliding window was broken and falling out of the track
- Sink stopper missing
- Layers of rust on the light fixtures
- Broken and mis-aligned furniture
- Cracks in the shower shell
- Back of the bathroom door unpainted and covered with stains/fluids
- No covers on mattress and box spring and stains under...

'Ingrid and Claude, the proprietors, were delightful, friendly, and available for questions or needs or conversation without being intrusive.
The property was immaculately clean and all efforts had been made to keep the guests' needs and wants met. We probably will stay at Pleasanton again and we heartily recommend it!!
