« Didn’t use amenities!! The only strange thing was there wasn’t a House Rules book stating how to navigate the house! There wasn’t any firewood for the wood burning fireplace which would have been nice for Christmas Eve, if we needed to get our own, it would’ve been good to know that?! There were not any exit rules as to bedding, garbage, etc!!!!!!! Otherwise no complaints! »

« easy access due to construction in area, clean, older bldg but cozy. Pools not working, and had issues with card keys/codes...mgmt took care of immediately. »

« Hot tub was closed. Room smelt horrible, like pure chemicals. It triggered my daughter’s asthma. The pillow cases were very yellow. Also sheets were dirty. You could see through the curtains. Towels , shower curtain and shower curtain were also yellow. Dirty under the fridge. The carpet was coming up by the bathroom, it was a literal trip hazard. The furniture was chipped and old.
