' Food is good and a nice pool area. Accommodation is very disappointing. We stayed in the apartment wing. Corridors are shabby with stained carpets and damaged doors. A fire door was left ajar ( using piece of cardboard) which is a safety violation. The fittings in the room were worn out and shabby. Air conditioning vents have not been cleaned for ages. Certainly not worth the Euro 300 per night. Quality more befitting a 3 star accommodation. Maybe its time the top managers start doing a walk...

'Hotel located in Moscow financial centre at the Afimall shopping mall and close to 3 metro station, that allows to easy get the centre of Moscow by metro. The big shopping centre next door is great to get some basics for the day to explore the city (water, snacks) Very clean and spacious room with big windows and lots of light coming in. 'I stayed here for four days and had a great experience. It’s an excellent budget option, located in a peaceful and pleasant neighborhood. 'this has been rated and advertised as a four-star hotel but it is not. It is hardly a two star there is nobody at the lobby. After hours There is a cleaner/ receptionist Nepali guy who hardly speaks any English caveat emptor. No tissue paper in toilet , the room is smelly and outdated , did not feel safe '

'2 night stop before flying from the airport. A nice hotel, friendly service and complementary breakfast, which is delivered to your room and resembles an airline type meal. The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. Good Wifi and AC. Very close to the metro (8 minute walk) and then 5 stops (15 minutes) to the airport, which is the reason I chose this hotel. If you turn right out of the hotel, that road literally has many dinning local options and snack shops, couldn't have asked for...

'Rooms were pretty small. No proper response from the support staff. Beds were horrible and could sense the spring when sitting on bed. Water were leaking in toilets, roaches found too. I will not recommend this place anyday.'
