'The staff were extremely attentive, very very clean facilities, the pool and its surrounding garden seating areas were unbelievable. Be aware it can be extremely noisy on weekends due to the area around the property. Excellent views from the bedroom and right on the beach should you prefer the beach to the pool. 'This was my second stay at this place. The first time was not a good experience but was not unable to cancel my second stay and since I had no choice I stayed here again. However, this time was great. Good and friendly front desk staff and the the room was spacious and everything was working. Some improvement in the cleaning needs to be done because we found a used toothbrush and a used soap in the shower floor. It's a good location and good place for the price. '

'There hotel is absolutely lovely and feels like a vacation! The rooms are very spacious and the ceilings are ridiculously tall. The location is on the quietest end of the malecón and somehow doesn't get too noisy, for being on it. After staying in the Golden Zone and here, I much prefer being closer to the historic center for atmosphere, good food and people watching. The only downside is the very small pool - it's the size of a 2-3 bathtubs, 4 feet deep, so definitely not for swimming but just...

'habitación impecable, alberca excelente !! pero hay un area de oportunidad con el personal de recepción creo que si tiene que mejorar en su trato, creo que la atención al huésped debe ser la mas calida y no suponer que el huésped habla o conoce el idioma del manejo del hotel .... y se molestan al explicarte la mecanica .... igual para el tema de la llegada y el estacionamiento es, ser pacientes con la permanencia del vehiculo en recepción hasta q se hayan bajado todas las cosas y no estar...
