The apartment features a private entrance within a residential village overlooking the surrounding countryside and the well-maintained green lawns cared for by the homeowners’ association, which also surround a large communal pool.



The apartment features a furnished veranda that leads to the living area, which is equipped with an open kitchen, a dining table, and a double sofa bed. Adjacent to this is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet.
