Casa Zivula is a welcoming apartment situated at a short distance from the waterfront. It sleeps three people. From Casa Zivula you will have a view of the surrounding buildings. Casa Zivula is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Olbia, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find a number of restaurants at 100 meters (330 feet), a grocery store and the bus stop at 170 meters (560 feet) and the closest beach (Mogadiscio beach) at 1.3 km (roughly 0.8 miles).
Casa Zivula is located on the top floor of a villa. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 20 steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Zivula. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge or for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

Terrace
The terrace is 16 square meters (172 square feet) large. It is equipped with two armchairs, as well as with a sun umbrella. Here you will find also a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. From the terrace you will have a view of the nearby buildings.
Kitchen
The ceiling of the kitchen is sloped, is made of wood and has white exposed beams. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. Here you will also find an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The furnishings of the kitchen include a sofa. The kitchen is also equipped with a television (local channels). From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace. The room also has a porthole window, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the kitchen. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). An additional single bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance) to make it a triple room. The furnishings include a desk. The room has two windows.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
