Cozy apartment with terrace in a residential area of Olbia, a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Costa Smeralda.The apartment lies on the second floor without elevator of a small building and opens onto the living area, composed of a living room furnished with sofas, a TV set, a dining table and access to the large terrace, and a fully-equipped independent kitchen. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds, one of which can be pulled out.
