'Super thin walls. You can hear every step. If you sleep on bottom floor the water pipes are right behind your head in the walls so you hear every flush or shower. Easy location to get to/from downtown Seattle. Just a few minutes. Street traffic is heavy during weekdays as there seems to be only one exit from the neighborhood. We parked along the street as the parking spot was difficult to get into with a large SUV.'

'This townhouse was in a great location - walking distance to the Space Needle, a grocery store and a variety of restaurants. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. As others mentioned, there are A LOT of stairs so be prepared. Also, the loft is a great space, but the front windows are not covered and there is a street light right outside which made it a little difficult to sleep (not to mention the homeless man screaming for 2 hours outside the front windows in the middle...

The constant trash sorting was a bit stressful but nothing the host can really do anything about. We had a little snafu where the hot water/heat went out but I was able to immediately reach the host, who walked me through getting everything going again.
