ADRIATIC Luxury Villa is the place both for relaxation and adventure. It is just a few steps from the sea and offers plenty of opportunities for swimming, jogging, fishing, diving, sailing.

For those who are less adventures it is an ideal place for nothing to do, but to just seat and relax on one of the terraces and enjoy the stunning sea views.

When you are in the villa, you fuel as if you are on the ship: from any corner you have a look, you always see the wonderful blue, clean Adriatic Sea. The villa is just a few steps from the sea, so you will enjoy the smell of the sea and the sounds of the friendly waves.

It is based at the edge of the Ciovo island, just 7km far from Trogir, 14 km far from the Split International Airport, well connected with all major cities in Europe. Although the Villa is close to the airport, there is no aircraft’s noise at all. On contrarily, the Villa is surrounded with the pristine nature with a lot of pine trees, with a lot of Mediterranean birds, beautiful flowers and the small, secluded beaches. Only noise is the melody of the sea waves.
This luxury semi-detached villa has 3 apartments, each is built on the different level with the separate entrance, which gives the full privacy to the guests:
1. Ground apartment consist of:
- one bedroom with the en-suite bathroom, double bed for two people.
- en-suite bathroom with the washing machine.
- one living room with the en-suite bathroom. The sliding doors can be widely opened, which gives the direct access to the pool and the sea. There is sofa bed for two people, wardrobe.
- kitchen with the fridge, dishwasher, cooker
- separate entrance.

2. Mid apartment:
- one bedroom with the en-suite bathroom, one double bed.
- one living room with the en-suite bathroom, the sliding doors, two beds, large terrace with the amazing views.

2. The large outdoor, summer kitchen with the basin, grill and cooker, ideal place to prepare the food and enjoy outstanding sea views.
3. Tables and chairs for 12 people to dine outdoors.

This semi-detached Villa with the heated pool with Swim-jets, is the perfect place for both relaxation and adventures, for families or groups of friends.
It can be used as the whole villa during the summer time and by apartments out of the summer season..
It is just a few steps from the Adriatic sea, offering the most breathtaking sea views by day and picturesque sunsets in the evening. Being situated by the sea, from whatever corner you have a look, you will only see the blue sea around. So, sitting on any terraces, you will feel as if you are on the ship.

The Villa Avalon is located on the Ciovo island at the edge of a charming, little village by name Okrug Gornji. The Ciovo island is attached by a bridge to the mainland and the beautiful medieval town of Trogir. Trogir is a treasure of culture and history, (under UNESCO Protection. There are a lot of full lovely restaurants to explore.

Distance from the Villa to the town of Trogir is just 7 km.

Split airport is ca 14km away, but the villa is free from any noise pollution.

For more adventurous, there are various water sports available (waterskiing, sailing, diving). If you like diving or would like to take lessons, there is a very popular diving club nearby. Please contact me for more information.

If you like boat trips and day excursions there are plenty of trips that can be arranged to some of the beautiful islands surrounding the Villa

The whole Villa is ideal place for family members and group of friends.

However, each apartment is self contained, located on the separate floor, with the separate entrance, giving a plenty of privacy if you decide to rent a single apartment.
Each apartment accommodates up to 4 people and consists of:
•2 rooms each with en-suite bathroom
•hall way with kitchen
•one or two terraces around

Each apartment accommodates up to 4 people: 2 people in the double bedroom and if requested 2 people in the converted sofa bed in the living room.

If transfer from the airport is needed, on your request a local taxi service can be arranged to pick you up and to take you to the place with no delay. (ca 14km).

In the light of corona virus, we have taken some safety measures, such as:
- the house will be cleaned and up to the highest standard
- in the kitchen you will find sanitizer to use for your hands and cleaning products,
- liquid soap will wait for you in each bathrooms as well as toilet rolls,
- a pharmacy in the city center: street Ul. Bana Jelačića 33
- little devices in the each room to be plagued into the walls to protect you from the mosquitoes.
