'Nearly everything was perfect at this hotel. Quality of the facilities, friendly staff, good restaurants, beautiful spa, all of it. The only minor negative was that there was live music in the lobby that was a little too loud one day. The musician was great, but it made it a little tough to enjoy the space. Everything else was 10/10'

Our room was beautiful but the bed was old and horrible will have to buy a mattress topper for next time, and those chairs aren't comfortable either but the view is fantastic!!!'

'Unfortuanate we stayed in room nr 6. Try never to stay there! It’s above the kitchen, a lot off kitchen-smells. A lot. They should at krast have warn’t us when we hooked the room. Hotel itself is good, breakfast is great. '

'Had a couple hiccup’s our first night but the staff was amazingly accommodating and we had a great stay! Breakfast each morning was really enjoyable with many options for a light breakfast and fresh coffee. Overall a very nice place to stay when in Portsmouth with cozy areas by the fireplace to relax after walking and shopping downtown. We would definitely stay here again. '

'No complaints, nice and spacious room, the cleaning service seems a bit overbooked, as day 1 both of my glasses in the bathroom were filthy (lipstick stains, eww!), but this was resolved immediately when i asked. Club level has a separate room for breakfast in the morning and snacks in the evening, both were great. The elevator to the club level however is unbelievably slow.'

'Room was beautiful and the location was great. Contactless which I wasn't sure about but was great. Easy code to get into the building and our room and check out was just as easy. Lovely Tea/Coffee bar with snacks. Will stay here again.'
