« My family greatly enjoyed the property. I'm unfamiliar with the winery aspect mentioned. We didn't stay for purposes of a winery or tour. Communication could be improved by sending communications only in the language of the renter. It was difficult to identify important information within lengthy, multilanguage emails. »

"C'est le pire matelas que nous avons eu à vie dans un hôtel. Direct sur les ressorts.Matelas extrêmement dur et même chose pour l'oreiller. Ce que nous faisons à l,hôtel c'est dormir. À cet hôtel oubliez ça vous ne dormirez pas. "

"The staff were able to help me find an international ATM nearby and were happy to do so.The hotel is literally next to the station. Also, the area is really nice walk around with great parks and easy to access medicines and konbini. There is a bus stop next to the station with a bus that can take you directly to Shirakawa-go :)"
