The sunny living room is perfect for relaxing and boasts comfortable furniture where you can watch TV and stream your favorite movies on the large flatscreen SmartTV. From the living room you'll access the expansive main deck that overlooks the beautiful courtyard & gazebo area where you can relax on the comfortable adirondack chairs with a glass of wine and unwind for the day. There is also a cozy loft with a comfortable sofa and a flatscreen SmartTV where you can get away from the rest of the group and enjoy some private relaxation time to watch a movie or curl up to a good book. There are plenty of puzzles, games, cards, and books available to entertain the family. The home is equipped with central heating/air conditioning, a full commercial sized washer and dryer and high-speed internet access.

This coastal gem has four bedrooms and 3 full baths. Bedroom #1 is the primary bedroom with a king bed, a flatscreen Smart TV, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with double vanity, a soaking tub, a stand-alone shower, and a hair dryer. Bedroom #2 is also considered a primary bedroom and features 2 queen beds, a flatscreen Smart TV, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with double vanity, a tub/shower combination, and a hair dryer. Bedroom #3 features a queen bed and a flatscreen Smart TV. Bedroom #4 features a bunk bed with full size bunk mattress on the bottom and twin-size bunk up top. Immediately adjacent to bedroom #'s 3 & 4 is another full bath with single vanity and a tub/shower combination.

The home has a garage with various beach gear (toys, chairs, and boogie boards) and plenty of bikes of all sizes that the family can use to enjoy a nice cruise around town. The garage is large enough to accommodate 1 large vehicle or even 2 smaller vehicles parked end-to-end. In addition, there is ample parking spaces just outside the garage area.

The abundant amenities of the community are located in and around the 15,000 sq ft clubhouse which is a quick 2-3 minute walk up the street. This beautifully renovated building includes an indoor pool & hot tub, a full fitness center, a game room (billiards, ping pong, foosball, video games), a bar, a great room with a large TV and fireplace, and a card room/library, and free WiFi. It is a great place to unwind at the end of the day and watch the sunset over the bay. Outside the clubhouse you'll find the large outdoor pool with gas grill for cooking, tennis/pickleball courts, a basketball hoop, a playground, boat docks, and finally the beautiful sunset deck and gazebo which overlooks the scenic Indian River Bay. IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW -

1. Two dogs (weighing 30 lbs or less) are welcome in this home. There is a $20 per day fee for dogs.

3. All clubhouse amenities are fully included in the cost of your rental and are accessible with an electronic key fob. 2 key fobs will be left on hooks near the front door. The keyfobs should be returned to the hooks when you leave. Lost or damaged key fobs will incur a $50 replacement cost each.

4. Renters must be at least 24 years old. No party group rentals.

1. Hiking & Biking at the James Farm Ecological Preserve, Fresh Ponds State Park, or the Assawoman Canal Trail.

2. Golf at one of three nearby courses; Salt Pond, Bear Trap Dunes, or Bayside Resort Club.

3. Boardwalk exploration at Bethany Beach, Rehoboth Beach, or Ocean City, MD.

4. Shopping at the famous Rehoboth Tanger Outlets.
