    The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience.

    THINGS TO KNOW
    The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability.
    This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
    Smoking is not permitted.
    MULTI LEVEL WITH STEPS. The den is open without a partition or wall.
    Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
    Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

    Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
    This rental is located on floor 19.



    Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Perfect for families

We love the condo building and all the amenities. The condo was very spacious for our family of eight. We love that it was so close to the ocean and all the amazing ocean and they use in the pirate ship and play area for the little kids and all this swimming pools. We would definitely stay again.

1910 Well Worth It

This property was great for our visit. awesome views with direct beach access. It had a couple beach chairs in the condo to use as well has pales for sand castles and other beach toys. If you need more the direct beach access put you out right next to chair/umbrella rental. There is a food establishment with made to order sandwiches/pizzas/burgers and has Baskin Robbins/Dunken Donuts inside. Overall, well worth it.

Great beach condo!

Great top floor views, direct access to beach, plenty of amenities, including ample parking and bellhop trolleys to make move in and out easy.

Great Place in a Great Building!

The Sea Watch is a great building in Ocean City and this rental is a gem. It is on the top floor with lots of room and great views. The decor and bathrooms need to be updated but those are minor problems compared to the wonderful space and views this condo provides. I would definitely stay there again.

4th of July extended weekend

Sea watch is great and loved the 19th floor views! Unit is functional. New furniture is nice. Overall the unit needs updating badly. Carpets are pretty gross, low water pressure and bad faucets, and our main floor unit AC wasn’t working the whole time but thank god we figured out how to keep it sort of cool with a fan and opening up the second floor balcony.

Nice location

Easy access to beach. 5-10 min drive to the boardwalk. Plenty to eat in area. Place was spacious and had all the appliances needed. Place needs to be updated badly. Decor needs to be replaced. Chairs were dingy. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms

I loved the new refrigerator and microwave. There was one nice sofa in the Den area. Everything else needs replaced. Bring a mattress pad if you want your back to be happy.

Awesome location and spacious

We had an amazing week! Our check in was easy and flawless! Our condo was on the 19th floor! Beautiful views! Our townhome was very convenient to everything. The grands loved the snack bar, MY PLACE, and wanted to go there everyday for ice cream. The condo itself is older but we didn’t do without anything except a can opener! The one there does not work! Also, if you enjoy cooking, you will need an actual sharp kitchen knife. The master bedroom is a loft. So if you have kids staying on the pull out sofa downstairs, they have to be VERY quiet because it’s open. Ours wanted to play video games after we went to bed but it was so noisy and I couldn’t stand it! The master bath shower has no water pressure. I don’t know about the other ones. TV’s are outdated, although we didn’t go there to watch tv but TV’s are cheap now. The mattresses are older and the pillows soft. The curtain rod in the master bedroom is a galvanized pipe with no end caps. It fell down when I pulled the curtain. BUT….it was a great place and the amenities are great too!! There are THREE balconies! Large ones! We ate dinner outside every day we could. The walk to the beach is short. The arcade was fun and there are very tame squirrels running around. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. I would stay there again with a new can opener and a knife!! I would not stay in the master bedroom with kids downstairs again though. Beautiful location, great staff, gorgeous beach, plenty of room. We had fun!

The condo was beautiful. Just the right size for our group. But we found a mouse. Under the sofa wasn’t vacuumed. The sofa bed needs to be replaced.All in all it was a good vacation. MZ
