The south facing ground level balcony gives you a suitable space to relax, listen to the waves and breathe in that wonderful salty air! Accommodating up to six guests, there is a comfortable queen bed in the bedroom and two futons in the living area. Not only is this condo close to the beach, but you're close to Coconuts Beach Bar & Grill, Barn 34 and more, plus you're less than 10 blocks away from Jolly Roger Water and Amusement Park and the famous Ocean City Boardwalk!
Guests must supply all sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Note this condo does not have washer and dryer.
This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season.
Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25.
