Welcome to Capri by the Sea, a 12th-floor oceanfront condo with sweeping views! This 2BR/2BA condo offers a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and a private balcony with year-round sunrise and sunset views from the dining area and balcony + views of Assawoman Bay. Enjoy direct beach access just a 1-minute walk away, an indoor pool, sauna, fitness center, game room, library, tennis courts, shuffleboard, sun deck, and outdoor showers to rinse off sandy feet!



The Space:

IMPORTANT UPDATE - Starting 9/9/26 until 5/7/27 a construction project will begin to replace the balcony railings and the balcony will not be accessible during your stay, If you don’t mind that the balcony will be unavailable during your stay, please feel free to book!

🏊 POOL ACCESS

The pool is located on the 2nd floor and is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM with a lifeguard on duty. Adult-only swim hours are from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM daily. There are plenty of lounge chairs and tables with seating available for guests to relax in.



The community pool is managed by the building and not the host. Pool availability may be seasonal and is not guaranteed to be open during your stay, as closures may occur for maintenance, repairs, or at the end of the season.





There is a $75 Resort HOA fee per reservation. This fee is collected by the condo association and is payable by guests at reception.

Please note that Capri by the Sea requires a mandatory $75 guest registration fee. This fee is set and collected directly by the HOA and is not controlled by the host or property management.



Upon arrival, guests must stop at the guard booth, provide basic information on a tablet, and pay the $75 fee (credit card or cash accepted; no checks). Once completed, the HOA will issue the necessary guest parking pass.
