Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Please note that the hallway bath shower head is very clogged with poor water flow. It should be cleaned or replaced. Otherwise all was great. We’ve stayed in this unit in prior years. Great location.

Family reunion

The door had a 10 digit code that you had to put in every time.... Could be shorter so you might have a chance at remembering it.... You also had to drive down to the office to "check in" which consisted in an envelope with a paper parking pass..... Not necessary because you park in the condo number spot you are renting.... Fault stayed in the same building and didn't have to do any of that because it wasn't vacasa run. Unnecessary requirements for checking in and out.... They wanted us to drop the packet off with the pass at the office we didn't not if they charge us extra for not handing them a paper parking pass with specific dates on it we will have more issues. It's a great location. Too bad you have to keep the door code with you and usually had to put it in multiple times before it would work

Nice area on boardwalk

This property was on the boardwalk and in a very quiet area. Nice location. However, the screen doors of the unit were broken and very difficult to open/close. Such a nice outdoor sitting area, however, the outdoor furniture needs a little updating. Two of the chairs were unusable due to rips in the seats. The room smelt like cigarette smoke upon on arrival and lingered in the bedroom the whole week - I notified the local office to note that it was not me who smoked! Otherwise, nice location and met my expectations. Good communication with the local rental office in reference to this rental unit.

Relaxing vacation

Relaxing on the beach with family, what a wonderful stay. View of the beach and balcony was great. Minimal noise could be heard from boardwalk being a first floor unit. Condo was clean and pleasant. Needs minor maintenance but would consider renting again.

Check-in problems

Other than the check-in, our stay was great. At check-in, the lockbox didn't work. I called and they said they would send a maintenance man, but he never showed so i went back to the office and got keys. Also, a maintenance man came to change the door handle on the screen door and spent 1 1/2 hours and there was a screw sticking out that tore a few items of clothing. He didn't know what to do with the lockbox.

Overall it was a good stay. Its a nice condo. Not as walkable as I thought. The landlord doesnt respond at all; which is a bummer because we needed a late check out that we could never get an response on. The couches are dirty, clean them, they are gross. More tp would have been great. At least 1 roll per guest, eight of us were there for 7 days. Also, two rolls of paper towels is not nearly enough. Other than that, everything was great.
