The Seaview Beach House - Perfect for Families

Stunning beach home in Seaview, Fire Island. Sleeps 8!! House was renovated 4 short years ago, and has a brand new deck! House has 2 air-conditioned queen bedrooms with ceiling fans on the main floor and a full bathroom, upstairs has two sections with 4 twin beds plus a half bathroom (plus ceiling fans and a/c unit), spacious outside brand new deck, table with 10 chairs, 2 lounge chairs, Bar set with chairs, outdoor TV, Weber gas grill, outside shower and separate toilet to keep those sandy feet outside! Kitchen with all new appliances: refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave. House also has a brand new washer/dryer. Den has 55 inch television and A/C unit. House also includes board games and books. Includes 8 beach chairs, sand toys, bicycles and 3 umbrellas for your beach loving enjoyment. House is also equipped with Wi-Fi. Hoping you will share in our Beach House dream and soak up some sunshine and waves in Seaview.

Location: 3 houses away from the sunsets on the bay, approx 12 houses from ocean waves, 5 minute walk from Seaview ferry and 2 blocks from Ocean Beach with nightlife, restaurants, shopping and ice cream parlors!

Please no smoking or pets in house, we will supply bedding and towels or you can use your own. Single families only please - maximum 8 people. House is a summer home, and does not have a heating unit. Fireplace use is off limits.

The Seaview Association, an incorporated not-for-profit Homeowners Association (501 C-4), owns and/ or maintains the community's sidewalks, bay and ocean beaches, a children's playground and wading pool, a ball field, a community house and doctor's office, the Serber Memorial Park, and other common areas. We are easily accessible to both the Seaview and Ocean Beach ferries.
