« Our family spent the weekend at this property in order to attend an event in Dahlonega. The home was lovely and had everything we needed for the weekend, including 2 coffee pots. :) The men in our family enjoyed the river location. The house is spacious and the beds were comfy.The host described the driveway correctly. We appreciated the heads up about driving a SUV.Thanks for a wonderful stay! »

« This property was located close to family. The house is neat, clean and well stocked with paper products, coffee fixings, and games. The only suggestion I have is to add shades or blinds to the windows, especially in the bedrooms. »

« Here is some info for people who want to bring boat. We rented this property for guys weekend. I don't live too far away so I brought a boat. Several of the local ramps are currently closed. The closest open ramp was Old Federal. It's 15-20 minutes from the dock by road and about the same by boat running around 20 MPH. The water at the dock is shallow but I didn't have any issues with my 25' deck boat. Parking the trailer at the house wasn't easy. We ended up backing the trailer into a...

« Loved the layout of this lake house. Plenty of space. Perfect amount of separation between kids and couples. Awesome common areas for us to gather. More than enough bathrooms which prevented arguments.That’s a huge plus. We loved the closeness of the private dock. Kids fished and the easy access to the boat and jet ski made everything care free. It was clean and easy to communicate with the manager. No complaints about this house or our vacation. »

« This is an awesome property. The arrangement of the bedrooms and bathrooms made it easy for family to have privacy but also plenty of nice, comfortable space. The lower level was full of entertainment choices for all ages and it brought cousins together no matter their age. The kitchen was well- equipped for all levels of cooking and dining. « Home was clean and neat with a cabin feel. Came to kayak fish but weather changed to poor. 15 minute kayak ride to Lumpkin ramp, which was convenient to use dock for boats / kayaks. Nice stay. One thing, no garbage cans on site.. »
