'The grounds are gorgeous. The entire building itself was a little difficult to navigate. When in the parking garage we had no clue where to go into the building at. Then there was no desk or anyone around to get directions from. We got there pretty late and then the code didn’t work to get in the room. We texted the number that you gave us and they were quick to get back to us so that was great. '

'I would have rated all 5 stars but my room had a very hard mattress and a unit that made a noise. However, I was moved to another room and treated very well. Staff at this facility is top notch. All were very professional and friendly. Rooms were clean. My second room had a comfortable bed. Free breakfast had good selections. Highly recommend Marriot TownePlace Suites.'

'Was disappointed in the hotel. Very nice looking but could not get our room cleaned in a timely manor. Getting to the room from check in was very confusing they didn’t mention you walk through the parking garage. We went back to the front desk twice until a nice lady walked us to our room. I paid for the Suite and a balcony room. The picture showed a patio set. The balcony was so small you could barely even stand out there. Lots of construction going on. The pool said there was service until 10...
