Hotel dans la moyenne mais avec une très mauvaise insonorisation ce qui ne facilitait pas le repos. Mes enfants ont bien apprécié le jacuzzi, le petit déjeuner était typique des USA avec des bagels, des saucisses, des œufs, des céréales, des muffins mais je regrette une bonne salade de fruits et un plus large choix de yaourts.

The front desk personnel were wonderful and very efficient. Our room was perfect with minimal noise from surrounding rooms and traffic. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options. I would stay here again.

The property was fine, the included breakfast was good. Staff don’t allow you to bring food to room to eat. Not friendly. Front desk employees were very nice however. We couldn’t find parking close enough to our room, I am handicapped and my son drove his car and I forgot my plackard. We parked in a spot that was not marked do not park , but a cone was there. We chose to park since no sign or painted curb. Manager was very rude to me and spoke to me like he was chastising an employee. We were there that more morning for my ex hubbys funeral and my sons dad. Didn’t need that behavior that morning even though I kept apologize but didn’t seem good enough for this man.

A group of two cars bumped my car trying to steal it out side the hotel, security did not do anything, I had to drive away to escape , police report filed, be careful

The head sprays mist and floor gets wet. The carpets are buckling. Front doors aren’t locked at night. There is a key access to be able to access entry. Security had to kick out someone who just wondered in the lobby. Ice machine was all the way in the back on first floor. Would be difficult for elderly or disabled person to get ice.

We did make a reservation and they canceled it. When we came at 3am in the morning the front desk guy said it was canceld at 12 am. We drove 8 hours and we were frustrated that theres no room available for us?. We love staying on LA Quintas locations every where we mostly go. This was a disappointment.

Booked last minute cause I was tired of driving. Overall the room was clean and quiet. There was a room playing some loud music after 10pm, but I just had the tv on to drown out that noise. Checking in and checking out was easy. Will book again when I'm in the area.
