With so many swoon-worthy features it's hard to pick a favorite amenity— but the spectacular sweeping view from the oversized deck or the large indoor pool (the best in Deep Creek!) are sure to be contenders. Also in consideration have to be the enormous dining room table, well-appointed game room, and outdoor fireplace and firepit. In the summer, your home's dock slip is just a short drive down the mountain and, come winter, the ski Slopes of Wisp resort are just five minutes away. Plus, Trader's Coffee House, Brenda Pizzeria, Firewater Kitchen, and Ace's Run are right outside the community entrance. With eight bedrooms, spacious rooms, touches of luxury throughout, Peregrine's Perch is the perfect place to gather together with family and friends. We know you'll love it here.

Great stay. Had a hiccup where the pool heater broke down and they came out and fixed it right away! Extremely responsive and helpful! Highly recommend.

This house was spectacular! The view of the lake could not have been any better. There was so much space for our 7 couple group-everyone was able to have a big bedroom and a private bathroom. The amenities were fantastic: indoor pool, hot tub, fire pit, pool table, etc. The owner was great with helping to make sure that things were in working order. This has been our favorite place so far in Deep Creek!

Place was great . The kitchen was stocked with plenty of the necessary items. There were 18 of us and we needed nothing. Close to the slopes, hiking, restaurants, even and exercise facility.

What a great property! Great view, plenty to do. We went in the off-season so there wasn't much open, but we still occupied ourselves the entire time, and gad a lot of fun!

Labor Day Weekend Stay

Our stay at Peregrines Perch was perfect. As someone who rents properties often this stay was one of if not the best. No deceiving pictures from the listing, the view was Absolutley incredible, plenty of room for all of our guests, and the communication with the property owners was second to none. We had a wonderful stay at the property. We were three families and everyone had plenty of space but we also greatly enjoyed the common areas, huge dining room table, expansive outdoor patio and of course the pool! The house was clean and as described. Would absolutely recommend!

What a great vacation house! The kitchen was well-supplied, linens were clear, and everything was in working order. We arrived a few minutes early and the owners were nice enough to activate the lock manually (they are very responsive). The pool + hot tub were a huge hit with the kids!

We had a wonderful time. We were 7 families with kids and adults. Enjoyed the Swimming pool, back yard hot tub and view was amazing!!! We called the Red Barn vacation to re-stock the gas for grill outside and they responded very quickly! Much appreciated for everything!

What a wonderful weekend we had! We loved it so much for booking for next year. The house was lovely. We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The view alone is worth the trip! We did place a call to Red Barn about some lights that were blown. They came right away and fixed them for us.

The view from peregrines perch is so beautiful. The house was very nice although there were some things that needed updated and repaired. The pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable. The dining table was large enough for our group of 18. The bedrooms were clean and bed's comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

This is our 3rd time staying at this property and needless to say we love it there! We met the owner on this trip and he is very nice. We are excited to hear of the coming work to be done on the house as you can tell time has taken a toll on a few things...but overall the house is perfect. 50 th Wedding Anniversary Celebration with family

The house was as advertised and very clean. Sauna does not work and a minor issue with a shower handle was quickly resolved. This is truly the best view of the lake and we spent many blissful hours on one of the upper decks. Beautiful home impeccably furnished, well-stocked kitchen, and in a private setting. All 20 of us, 12 adults and 8 children were comfortable and had plenty of space. The kids loved the pool. It was a vacation that we will cherish in the years to come!

I would like to start by saying that the property was great for our family gathering that included the celebration of my husband's birthday . The property provided us with the opportunity to utilize the wonderful pool and hot tube . The breathtaking views just added to our terrific stay at your property. We were able to find everything that we needed during our stay. The only issue we had was a housekeeping issue ( there was someone's dirty laundry left in one of the bedrooms). We found this to be such a great property, we would definitely be interested in booking another stay in the future. Thank you for allowing me and my family the opportunity to create fantastic memories at your property.

Great for Small Family Reunion

Deep Creek Lake, and this house, proved to be the perfect find for our family reunion. From variety of outdoor activities for different ages to bedroom layout and bonus features, it was clear everyone had a great time. The house is aging and has a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed by the owners, but the property management’s communications with us were among the best I’ve experienced among VRBO and similar services. I had complete confidence that if the gas grill’s propane tank turned out to be empty they would be on it immediately. Bottom line, very happy with the overall experience
