« Very relaxing spot on the lake with everything you need for a great day on the lake! »

« My wife & I stayed at this house for a long Easter weekend while visiting our son at the University of Tennessee. We were 20 minutes from his apartment near campus and the drive to and from this house to campus was simple. The house was perfect for us and our dog. The kitchen has everything one would need. The property is great for walking our dog and sitting outside in the yard enjoying the views. Jaclyn could not have been easier with which to work. We plan to be back! »

« We loved our stay at this peaceful cottage in Lenoir City! It was spotless, cozy and near a farm with beautiful horses. A quiet and relaxing escape, yet close to town. Highly recommend! »

« Beautiful spot and beautiful home! Super well appointed cozy and relaxing. Responsive and helpful host on site, but separate house. Close to UTK. Stayed here before move in at the university. Left car packed with roof rack and basket on tow hitch overnight. Private secluded parking. Wished we stayed longer! The host even gave us tomatoes from her garden, which were delicious! Highly recommend! »

We would definitely consider returning here again one day. Our only drawback was not having a boat to enjoy more of the lake. But very grateful for the time spent there. »
