'DO NOT STAY HERE!
Locals warned that the owner is an alcoholic who runs personal parties nonstop and is abrasive to the point they have had to change the name numerous times. They refused a refund and lied numerous times during emails with Expedia and I. Clients have also had personal items stolen.'

Quiet and safe.
Good location.
We was supposed to stay at Kendwa, but because of a bank fraud (!) we left the original plan, and booked through hotels.com at this place. We are very glad how everything turned out. This location at Nungwi is good. At Kendwa we would be stuck at our resort. Here we had more flexibility on what to do all the time.
Good aircondition at the rooms (you don't want to stay at Zanzibar without)
We got most of our money back after 30 days,...
