VILLA RAGGERA - NOTO AREA

Villa Raggera is a beautiful private property with swimming pool found in the south-east of Sicily, in between Modica and Noto. Surrounded by a large natural park of olive and almond trees, the villa offers views across thecountryside. From here, you can easily visit the baroque towns of Noto, Modica, Ragusa-Ibla and Scicli, as well as the lovely beaches of San Lorenzo and Santa Maria del Focallo and the Vendicari reserve.

The villa develops over one level.

Inside, we find the beautiful large living area, furnished with sofa, fireplace and dining area. The villa offers two kitchens: one modern and one rustic with wood-burning oven and accessed from the outside only.

The sleeping area consists of one double bedroom and one twin/double bedroom, both with air conditioning. There is one separate bathroom with shower and one en-suite bathroom with shower (to the twin bedroom).

Outside the villa offers a large covered terrace with table and chairs for al-fresco dining. There is a private swimming pool (12x6m; 1 – 2m deep; open from March 1st to November 30th) equipped with sun lounges and umbrella, as well as a beautiful gazebo with outdoor sofas.
