The Boutique Apartment Malvasia stands out for its Italian design furniture, with custom-designed elements, contemporary works of art and precious materials such as the marble of the kitchen table. The living area, large and bright, has a sofa bed, the American induction kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, etc.). The apartment has a double bedroom and two bathrooms. Malvasia Boutique Apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heat pump heating, TV and washing machine.
