The space features an open concept with tasteful furnishings and décor. The lower level of the house opens to a breathtaking infinity edge pool from the front of the house and the adjacent wall opens to the outdoor kitchen/barbeque area. This creates an unobstructed space comprised of both outdoor and indoor areas. The outdoor kitchen area is equipped with two drink refrigerators, dishes, cups, glasses, a barbeque grill, and cooking utensils. When the sun sets you have a front-row seat for one of the most spectacular shows nature offers. The experience continues beyond sunset by immersing you in an unparalleled star-gazing environment. Each of the 3 bedrooms in the home also has entire wall sliding glass doors that allow you to star gaze as you drift off to a restful sleep.

The house is fully airconditioned with independent mini split units in the bedrooms and larger units in the common areas.

Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed, spacious closets, and a balcony or terrace out front. The master bedroom, located on the second floor, has a private bathroom. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom and are located on the bottom floor of the house. A queen size, easy to use, Murphy bed is in the TV room for extra sleeping space.

Guest access:

Guests have access to the entire house. The home is fully equipped, and everything is brand new in 2023. Every towel, every utensil, bedding, furniture, and appliance.
There is an elevator accessible from the carport that travels to the second floor. The elevator requires an additional security deposit and executed disclaimer document.

Other things to note:
This home is one of only four currently completed in the Nosara Estates community. Traveling to the house can be rugged. An all-wheel drive vehicle is a must. You will navigate some winding roads that can be rather rough. As you make your way up the mountain you will experience show-stopping views of the jungle and Pacific coastline. Take your time and embrace the experience, knowing that there is ample reward for your journey.
