Hôtel près de Norton Fine Arts Center (Louisville)

« The code to get into the facility would not work. I had to make a phone call and after three attempts finally got in the facility. Then the code to open my guest room door did not work. I was still on the phone with I think was an AI representative and after three attempts at opening the door, all of which failed the keypad ceased to operate. So I had no choice, but to leave the hotel has refused a refund. »

« Loved this hotel so much, I extended my stay. The reviews are pretty accurate. but if you’re staying Monday through Thursday, there is no bar scene. The weekends I can’t say, but you are in the back of multiple bars »

« The property was clean and the staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. The facility is rather dated. The security lock in our door had been ripped off and not repaired. Overall, I think it is a good place to stay. The location is convenient to several Louisville attractions. Room prices are economical. Bed was extremely comfortable! »

« This place is a dump and the staff doesn’t have an ounce professionalism in them. I would find another hotel to stay at, if you are in the Louisville area, because you will certainly regret staying here. They also have this looney tune lady that I think lives on the property that gets involved in things she shouldn’t and she also monopolizes the washer and dryer on the property. I’m almost positive she lives on the property because she is pals with the poorly trained, and unprofessional...

« Kyle, Jerry and the full reservation desk staff were great. The room was clean, the A/C was quiet, a comfortable bed and a great shower, and the selection of breakfast foods was super. Enjoyed my three-night stay and will be sure to choose this hotel again in the future. »

« Our stay at the Inn at St. James Court was one of the highlights of our trip. Pat is an incredible host who has truly mastered the art of hospitality. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us like old friends and she loves animals as much as us. She made us feel completely at home in her beautiful home. The inn is warm, comfortable, and full of charm, with thoughtful touches that show how much Pat cares about her guests. Every morning started with a delicious breakfast and wonderful...

« Ce BnB est vraiment magnifique! La maison de maître rénovée et décorée avec goût par les hôtes, la gentillesse du couple et le petit déjeuner surveiller mesure absolument divin... Le tout non loin du pont piéton reliant Jeffersonville à Louisville au dessus du fleuve Ohio. Sans hésitation un top ! »

« Only issue that was obvious in the room is the worn out love seat. Looked like it needed to be cleaned or reupholstered. Otherwise, great place to stay - would stay again. Morning coffee in the dining room was excellent, as was the breakfast. Fitness room was a nice size and had enough equipment to do a respectable workout. Also nice surrounding area behind the hotel to walk or run outside. Loved the room size with the bedroom closed off by a door, allowing anyone to go to sleep early...

« The hotel is brand newa »

« Excellent location close to museums and main street. Friendly and professional staff. Rooms are very clean, quiet, comforable beds, well equipped kitchen. I highly recommend this hotel. »

« Shops restaurants and amenities made it nice to hang around the hotel. A speak-easy with bowling lanes is a cool touch as well. The location is within walking distance from anything you would want to do downtown Louisville as well. »

« Hôtel très bien situé au cœur de Whiskey Row. Par contre quartier désert avec beaucoup de bars, restaurants ou magasins fermés le dimanche voire le lundi. Hotel tres contemporain avec une jolie galerie d’art. Chambre très propre et spacieuse, mais pas très lumineuse. Restaurant situé dans l’hôtel « Proof on Main » très bon. »
