'Perfect Old Town location. Clean and efficient space.'

'This was such a perfect place to stay and I'll definitely stay here whenever going to Chicago. It was close enough to downtown to make it easy to access, but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. The staff were all friendly and kind, the room was beautiful, the bed was very comfy, and the whole place had such a fun vibe and great decor. Breakfast was tasty and the menu options felt like something you'd order at your favorite fancy brunch spot, with fruit and pastries to round it...

'We didn't even check in because we got a message right before we checked in with more details and it said there were 3 cats that roamed the property inside and out. I am highly allergic so knew I couldn't even be there. We actually would like our money refunded for lack of that not being told when confirmation of booking long ago.'

'One of the best price/quality options for your stay in Chicago. Great neighbourhood with lots of (rather expensive) restaurants and bars. Supermarket around the corner. Metro station at 10 minutes walking distance. The Villa Toscana is a charming old house with nice garden and verandah. Rooms are a bit small and stuffy, with no view or possibility to open windows in the bottom rooms, although the owner unscrewed one of the closed windows for us to let in a bit of fresh air.
