'Mold in bathroom as well as a non functioning bathroom vent. The window also didn’t open so no way to get air flow in room. Staff was great but bathroom needs to have mold removed in shower and get the vent functioning.'

'The staff all was real nice and friendly the pool didn’t look good so we didn’t swim the beds were hard and 1 bed didn’t even have sheets but the lady at the front desk got some right away and was as shocked as we were'

'We were very pleased with our stay. The staff from the time of booking were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We used the pool and had a wonderful breakfast. There was a slight issue with the tv in the room and they immediately addressed it. I would absolutely recommend staying at this location. The staff were amazing!!!!'

'Breakfast was great! The sign in the room said the rooms would be serviced every other day, but this didn't happen during our entire stay...multiple family members stayed there and had the same experience.'

'Pleased that during check-in, the staff was cooperative regarding the doctor's letter verifying that we had a service dog. The breakfast choices were numerous. The bed and A/C were excellent. The eating area was very crowded on two of the four days. The TV remote was the most complicated I have ever encountered. The vinyl tile floor was dirty. The bathtub was the most narrow I have ever experienced. One elevator did not seem sufficient for the number of guests.'

'We had a two day stay. Checking in was pretty easy. Our room had to see better days. The mattress had stains on it, the ceiling looks like something exploded on it and walls looked like they were in the middle of taking down wall paper. The bathtube/shower had rust. The beds were somewhat comfortable.'
