'cockroaches, sticky floor, broken blinds, broken bedside table with missing drawer. no bedside lamp. no hangers. kitchenets but no coffeepot, cups, silverware you have to perches them if you want them. not even cardboard cups. '

'Danny at the front desk was very welcoming and accommodating when we checked in for our stay when we walked by after we checked in, he made sure he addressed us and asked us if we needed any assistance or had any questions. He was the perfect host very hospitable very warm, friendly a pleasure to deal with.'

'Room had paint missing from the ceiling, wallpaper peeling off the wall and towels were taken but not replaced. Overall okay experience for the money.'

'The room was clean & spacious. The breakfast buffet is pretty good in comparison. The hotel was relatively new but the water pressure seemed very weak for a newer property. We tried adjusting the shower head to every setting but it was still weak. The bathroom sink water pressure was very low too. The location was good with many stores & amenities nearby. '

The cleanliness of the room was sub par enough to take this from a 5 star experience to a 3. I would stay here again though, but I would come expecting to do some cleaning upon arrival.'

'Hotel Bethlehem is a lovely hotel. The staff is very friendly and quickly addressed any questions we had. It is in the perfect location to enjoy the downtown area. Colleen, one of the bartenders, makes delicious drinks. The rooms are adequate size. The fixtures in the bathtub were broken, but they provided a stopper so the tub could be used.
