« Best rental we have stayed in on Cape, and we go every year. Exceptionally clean, comfortable. I can not say enough about it. Great location as well. What stood out the most was the high quality linens, as well as comfortable mattresses. It is very well kept with attention to detail. The grill and appliances were also of a higher quality and made it a pleasure to cook. Will absolutely stay at Blue Pearl again. »

« Beautiful home but would not stay here again without some maintenence issues adressed especially with kids. Strong oil smell from furnace (had to air out home for hours before we were comfortable staying) and overwhelming carpenter ant infestation (broken dryer as well which was fixed during our stay). Property management was quick to respond to messages but at times did not take concerns seriously. It made the stay very stressful and no compensation back was offered. Great location and again...

« Stayed week after Christmas--holiday decor and Christmas tree were a perfect touch. Lack of access to local broadcast TV networks on at least one of the Roku TVs is a problem--consider an antenna for local broadcasts. »

« A fantastic stay in a wonderful property! The home is in a great location - not too far from all corners of the Cape. Near great beaches, biking, shopping, dining, walking/hiking trails. Lovely decor, well supplied kitchen, comfortable and spacious in a delightful pond setting. »

« It was a great weekend in a magical place. Our favorite part was high tides - you can actually swim there - the water is warm unlike the ocean water. Highly recommend! The house has everything that you may need and our dog had everything provided as well! »

« Even off season this house was exactly what we were looking for it had views that went on forever. Our host was easy to communicate with and made sure we had a wonderful holiday.
