« The condo was just as described, right on the water and had a great sunrise view every morning. The complex was quiet and well maintained. We had a wonderful time. It's location couldn't be beat, a little outside of town, but still close to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the pool and had a great time exploring the island. Parking for the rental car was convenient, as it was directly outside the walkway to the condo. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to St. Croix. Thank you...

« This condo was exactly as listed. It was clean, thoughtfully laid out, well appointed (kitchen equipment, beach items such as chairs amd towels and some snorkel gear, plently of linens, a box of games/cards, extras supplies like sunscreen and soaps), and had a great view. Check in and check out were simple, communication was clear, and the complex itself was clean and well kept (grounds, pool, grills, etc.). « The condo was absolutely perfect! We changed our plans last minute and decided to stay here instead of a hotel and it was the best decision we ever made. The place had everything we could need. Rob was very responsive and answered every question we had. The pool and the beach were beautiful. The snack shack had great food and drinks. We will definitely be back and stay here again! »

« I didn't mind the sargasm because I knew that was a possibility. The door frame was broken upon arrival so we were unable to lock our unit. The TV never worked even though someone came out to work on the WI-FI. The WI-FI didn't work for the 1st couple of days.There were cockroaches and ants found in the unit. The back porch floods when it rains so there is water damage.My family was able to have a great time and go to many beautiful beaches. We still made the best of it! »

« At first we were a bit disappointed about no ocean views from the patio. But this unit grew on us. Very convenient to both ends of the island. Loved the pool area and short walk to sugar beach. Everything we needed. »

« The condo was really equipped with everything that we needed and more. Very nice to have everything including the things you forget or the things you don't want to have to pack (like the beach towels and sunscreen). Host was great and the property great, just have to know that the hot water comes out by putting it to the cold temp.
