'Summary: they charged me a bogus fee for using a bed that should have been included in my reservation. It felt like a bait and switch and I really didn't like it. I booked a room for a family of five people. I was placed in a room with one queen/king sized bed, two twin beds, and a full/queen pull out sofa. Should be fine as there are 6 bed spaces in the room. 'The room was great. Clean and comfortable. There couldn’t be a better location. We walked to the ferry daily and the huge mall with a full grocery store, plenty of food options, and lots of opportunities for shopping. The one thing that was ridiculous was parking. There isn’t any! You pay to park at a lot around the block in addition to what you already paid for the room.'

'De kamer waar ik in verbleef was een klein appartementje. En het was heel comfortabel! Als de parkeerruimte van het hotel zelf vol zit dan is het geen probleem want er zijn meer dan genoeg (bijna lege) parkeergarages in de dezelfde straat, die ook nog iets goedkoper zijn. De locatie is vlakbij het winkelcentrum en de botanic gardens. Brisbane is een hele gezellige stad met mooie parken en een groot winkelcentrum.
