The spacious, 2600 sq. ft. house is beautifully furnished and fully-equipped with amenities to ensure you feel right at home. Conveniently located in a peaceful, well-connected neighborhood, it is the perfect place to unwind while still being close to everything. Whether you're seeking a relaxing retreat or an adventure-filled vacation, our home has everything you need for a comfortable & memorable stay.

Our beautifully designed house has an open and airy layout with plenty of natural light, creating the perfect setting for relaxing and gathering with family and friends. It features tall ceilings and an open-concept floor plan that connects the spacious grand room with a fully-equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area. High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated office room equipped with a height adjustable desk is included, so you can work remotely if you need to. The grand room includes a large flat-screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing together. It opens up to the backyard and the visual connection to the outdoor greenery enhances the serene atmosphere.

Our house offers four spacious, private bedrooms, and 2.5 modern bathrooms with high-end fixtures and amenities - designed with your comfort in mind. The master suite is a sanctuary with a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with two sinks, a vanity corner, a soaking tub, shower, and enclosed toilet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two full-sized beds; each bedroom has its own closet.
Additionally, there is a convertible sleeper sofa in the office room to accommodate an extra person if needed.

Prepare and share home-cooked meals in the kitchen - fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances, dish ware and utensils. The beautiful granite waterfall kitchen island includes seating and ample countertop space, perfect for having breakfast and morning coffee. Sit down for a meal at the stylish dining area, or enjoy a casual outdoor barbecue. Our covered backyard lanai features a BBQ grill, a cozy patio set, and a powder room, so you can unwind and enjoy Florida’s beautiful weather.

You'll be just a short drive away from some of the most stunning Gulf Coast beaches such as Nokomis, Venice , Siesta Key, Lido Beach, Boca Grande, Englewood, and so much more.
Within 9 min is the North Port Aquatic Center, with fun waterslides and a lazy river!
The famous Warm Mineral Springs (provides visitors with therapeutic and passive recreation experiences) is within 14 min.

-There is NO SMOKING or use of any recreational drugs allowed anywhere on or in the property. Violation of this rule will result in immediate expulsion from the property, and a $500 fine.

- No undisclosed guests, ($100 fee)

We are located in a hot and humid climate. Even though we hold our cleaning team to a high standard as well as utilize regular pest control services, we are unable to guarantee nor offer a refund for an occasional bug that might make it inside our house. Please help us by keeping doors closed, disposing of trash properly and storing food in a responsible manner. Thank you kindly!
