Our newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in the Ironwood community has everything you need for a relaxing and fun stay. Enjoy access to 2 outdoor pools, hot tub, tennis/basketball & 3 championship golf courses. Take advantage of a free seasonal shuttle to the beach & other popular Barefoot spots. The condo features a king suite, washer & dryer, & plenty of extras to make your stay comfortable & convenient.

The space
Mare Verde, where the sea meets the green is located in the Ironwood Community at Barefoot Resort along the Greg Norman Golf Course. Here’s everything you need to know to plan your perfect golf or beach getaway!

Registered guest - ( 25 years or older ) must be present during the entire reservation/stay.

* Free parking for 2 vehicles
Parking passes must be displayed on the dash at all times to avoid towing.

* Per HOA, no motorcycles, trailers or campers/motorhomes are permitted in the Ironwood Community.

* No Pets

*No Smoking, vaping, illegal drugs permitted inside the condo , on the balcony, or outside in the covered building area.

*No use of hair color or glitter.

Additional Information
North Tower Hot Tub: Open year-round (9 AM – 10 PM)

Pools (North Tower & Ironwood): Seasonal hours (May–October, 9 AM – 10 PM)

Beach cabana is not included

Shuttle service runs seasonally (schedule provided at check-in). Be sure to tell the driver your destination when boarding. Schedule is in the guest book inside the condo.

Please follow all HOA and pool rules:

No diving

No lifeguard on duty

Swim at your own risk

Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

A Ring doorbell camera is installed outside the front door (records video/audio). No cameras are located inside the condo.

You will receive 2 key fobs to access outdoor pools. Blank key fob card: Ironwood pool. White with Barefoot in Green key fob card: North Tower pool & hot tub

Lost key fob fees: Registered guest is responsible if one or both of the provided key fobs are lost, broken in half and or misplaced. The fee will be charged $250 (one lost/misplaced/snapped) / $450 (both lost/misplaced/ broken in half)

*Please remove sand prior to entering the condo from the beach/volleyball course. Shower located at the poll.

Please follow all HOA Rules and POOL Rules that are provided upon check in.

Guest access
You’ll have full access to the entire condo, along with the Ironwood community amenities, including the pool, tennis courts, BBQ grill area, and volleyball court. Please note that only registered guests are permitted to use these facilities.

Your stay also includes access to the North Tower pool and hot tub using the provided key fob. A seasonal shuttle service is available for convenient transportation throughout Barefoot Resort and to the beach.

Championship golf courses are available on-site; tee times and fees are the responsibility of the guest.
