August quick weekend stay
This is a great location if you are looking to stay on the beach with an ocean view. We knew we were on the top floor, and did not think the lack of an elevator was a big deal...but it got annoying as each trip up and down went on.
We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit. Two of the three bathrooms had hair in the tubs, left over toothbrushes and water bottles. I asked the owner when it was last cleaned. They did reply right away and offered to send someone out to clean it. I was all for it, until I received a text message questioning the photos I sent. I was told the bathroom paint did not match where they thought I was and asked me to send a photo of the front door. I was bothered by the accusation and asked them not to come, and we cleaned the bathrooms ourselves. We were offered a later check out, which I appreciated, but the experience left me with a bad feeling and it felt dirty. NO one told me when it was last cleaned. Regardless the beds were comfortable, the AC was strong and the water pressure was great.
Unfortunately, we would not stay here again. There are a ton of places to book. I read the reviews to aide in my decisions for where I choose to stay. I hope this one helps someone decide.
