'This was the best place we’ve stayed in our three days of traveling. Randy at the front desk was wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and his Mickey Mouse watch was a fun detail that made us smile. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of having “Welcome, Shannon” displayed on the TV when we entered our room. The only drawback was the heavy traffic in the area; what should have been a five-minute drive often took closer to twenty. Overall, though, our stay was very pleasant and memorable.'

'Spent the four days in Knoxville for business and ended up getting sick. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. 10 minutes to downtown and lots of good restaurants and stores around so it made things convenient. I'd stay there again. '
