'We had such a great time here - we didn’t want to leave lol.. Big4 Gold Coast holiday park was very clean. The villa we stayed in was beautiful and clean. Great kitchen and the shower - love the shower! The mornings were so beautiful and warm enough for a walk or dip in the warm pools / waterslides they have - we loved this! The laundry room was really handy. The washing machine had an automatic detergent dispenser, which was great. Staff were helpful and customer service came with smiles :)...

'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. When our room was cleaned the Versace pillows were thrown on the floor. There was an extra sheet laying on my suitcase??? and the curtains were...
