'Prima hotel. Gratis ontbijt en parkeren. Kamer is netjes en schoon. Locatie vlak bij het strand. Wel duur, maar dat kwam misschien door de boatshow op dat moment. En de airco maakt lawaai en zit naast het bed op de vloer gemonteerd. Dat is niet fijn.'

'Super sfeervolle en knusse accommodatie met heerlijk zwembad. Gastvrouw en -heer zijn super vriendelijk en staan voor je klaar om het je naar je zin te maken. Het hotel biedt strandstoelen en parasols gratis ter leen aan om te gebruiken op het strand. Het strand zelf is nog geen 5 min lopen door een klein bospaadje en erg mooi en rustig!! Verder leuke omgeving, genoeg uitvalswegen en mooie plek in Florida. iDEAAl!! Wij komen zeker terug! '

The rooms are individually decorated and each one if unique and inviting - the pool is lovely, the bar is a scene and the cocktails are great! 'The Palm House is definitely the best in Palm Beach. Everything about the experience was incredible. My 2 adult daughters and I did a 4 day Mother’s Day trip. The 2 queen beds were great! We ate at some of the best restaurants and we vote the drinks at the Palm House among the best!'

'The property was under construction and drilling and construction noise was going on the whole 3 days we were there. No solutions other than we are are sorry. Pool closed to our building no parking. We had to park two building down and use an over packed pool for another building that was opened. Over all a very crappy stay.'

'Booked a room months in advance with so-called "island view", only got a room with view on trees, room was dark and no view. Requested another room from reception , which was not possible due to a fully booked hotel, refund of my booking was denied and was charged fully for 2 nights!! Also found out that the facility is actually a time sharing facility!!'
