« We had a fantastic day. The apartment is located just a short walk from Waiake Beach - in fact, you can go out the back gate, stroll past the sailing club and you’re right there. The apartment itself is presented with modern decor and has everything you need for your stay, right down to the complementary tea, coffee, Milo and cookies. Lovely outlook over the reserve, huge bed in the master bedroom, spa bath in the bathroom, great communication from our hosts… really hard to fault anything about...

« The indication to find the apartment indicated by Expedia is a disaster. It is not possible to receive a link to indicate the apartment and on this link shows 4 apartment. I booked only one and the link should indicate were is the apartment that I've booked. Also the indication to find the key was not so easy to understand. Fortunately I've received a call from the owner that gave me instruction live where the key was. »

« This place was lovely, everything we needed. Its well equipped with everything you might need, from cooking to washing to bed and bathroom. The bedding was lovely and soft and all set up so well with great instructions and little notes to assist. The only small challenge was during the initial sign-up process, which required providing quite a lot of information over and above to what has already been provided to Bookabach, better integration with Bookabach would improve this experience. »

« I do not recommend booking this property. The manager, The Stay Hub, has a cumbersome and time-wasting booking process involving sending photos of person booking and credit card plus proof of payment. Takes ages to complete. They also said we damaged one of the blinds which we noticed was already damaged but presumed they knew. Lost the damage bond. Could be a hoax. No heating for a cold apartment on bottom story of house and no TV reception »

« Idyllic location in the trees. Very accommodating host. Five-minute walk to small shopping area with half a dozen restaurants. Room itself is nice but very small; we were traveling with a lot of luggage and felt cramped. Path from covered parking to room is steep and not really suited for dragging all those bags up and down. We'd love to stay again when we were traveling with a normal amount of luggage. »

"La chambre etait tres propre lits confortables et machine a laver et seche linge apprecies. Par contre tres peu de vaisselle aucun plat prevu pour mettre au four ou au micro ondes"

"Le motel est vieux, sale, bruyant, une fenêtre ne fermait pas à clé (poignée cassée) donc on se s'est PAS sentis en SECURITE. Nos voisins du bas à gauche avaient vue sur nous et fumaient du cannabis en nous regardant. La cuisine très mal équipée, même pas un saladier pour mettre notre repas, le savon dans la salle de bain était douteux. On avait réservé pour 3 nuits, nous sommes partis après 1 nuit. J'ai sonné à la réception pour les prévenir, ils étaient derrière la porte mais n'ont pas voulu m'ouvrir et ont fait semblant d'être absents alors que leur chien aboyait. Les propriétaires sont MAL ELEVES. Ils ont mis un mot sur la porte avec des instructions pour ne pas être dérangés. Le PRIX est TROP ELEVE pour ce que c'est."
