« We came in early May, that is, outside of the main tourist season. The house thus functioned as a secluded spot with its own small private beach and barbecue porch. This was a paradisiac break. We had intended to visit historical places nearby (for example, Williamsburgh), but enjoyed the house so much that never left it (except to get provisions). »

« We could not be any happier with this property! It was exactly what we needed for a short visit with our son and his family. We have no complaints what-so-ever! You can walk to the beach in less than five minutes. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio watching the kids play and it was the ideal space for their dog too. Very close to stores and parks too. « House was old (as described) and a bit shabby but very clean. Even a few minimal upgrades would improve it immensely. However the price was right and the location for that price was great! « We had a wonderful stay. Great location on the beach and small town so not a lot of traffic. Cottage is old, so it has its quirks, but it’s good for a beach trip. Great brewery walking distance across the street - always a perk! If you bring your dogs, the beach has dog hours. No dogs on the beach from 10am - 6pm. « This place was placed perfectly. Just across the street from a very nice peaceful beach access, as well as a large park for children and dogs. There was an exceptional farmers market on Saturday that had an immense variety of local product and food trucks. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating.
