'Stayed in Villa 3 with a few of the ocean . The access to the fruits and vegetables in the garden made our meals even better. So fresh . The bed was very comfortable. The manager was very attentive if we had any questions. The information document on what to do and where to eat made choosing our activities much easier . Thank you . Recommend 100%'

'The vila was perfect. Well equipped, clean and spacious. It is located 10 minutes from the port and close to the highway. The island is easily accessible from the vila. The staff (manager and housekeeper) were more than helpful. If we go back to Punts Delgada we will return to the Vilas dos Olivas without a doubt! '

'I cannot wait to come back. I will stay here over and over again. The staff was wonderful and attentive. Super easy to get in main Ponta Degada. Though on the main road, it was super quiet at night. I loved hearing the church bells, the ocean, and birds! The view was spot on. I love the Azores!'

Beautifully designed and landscaped, this house and location experience is an oasis of relaxation. 'View on the sea was awesome. With the concept you always live outside. On the other hand, it’s quite noisy environment either the harbour and the swimming pool nearby.'

'The house and property is beautiful. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood. The host was very helpful with suggestions of places to see and places to eat. '

'Quiet, cozy and equipped with a spectacular view. This home has everything you need for a small family. The living space is shared which I love but might not be for everyone. Highly recommend this stay. Bring some firewood if you go during off-season and prepare to unwind!!'

'We were greeted by Sandra, she was an excellent host, easy communication and she helped us with places to visit during our stay. The property was amazing with a little farm near by, with chickens, gooses, turkeys … the sunsets and sunrises were amazing. The location was near the airport and other view points. Upon arrival we were greeted with a fresh basket of eggs,bread,milk… We will return in the futur!'

"Service was overall erg langzaam in alle horeca. Hoofdgerechten duurden 45 minuten. Toetjes half uur. Er werd niet gevraagd naar drankjes. Bijna twee uur aan tafel met 1 drankje. Rooftopbar mooi, maar ook daar duurde een rondje cocktails ca 40 minuten. Ober was wel aardig maar gewoon erg traag met bereidingen. Kamers hadden wel bad maar geen aparte douche. Douchen in bad vind ik niet horen bij deze prijsklasse. Ontbijt met 20 euro p.p. Redelijk prijzig, veel keuze maar veel werd niet tijdig bijgevuld. Pannenkoekjes elke dag koud. "
