'We loved this place. It was superclean and a great kitchen with everything you could need for a good meal. Big fridges and cupboards to keep your goods safe and cold. Lots of games, big washing machines, good vibes, great staff. '

'Very central location, shopping centre right across the road with the central train station just through it. Staff were lovely and friendly. Toilets were nearly always nice and clean - showers also. The main issue with them was that the hand dryer was not working and there was no tissues / anything else to replace this. Reception seemed to close at 9pm rather than 10pm, but when the staff were there they were all amazing & very helpful.'

'The hostel is great, it has everything you need as a traveler. However, dont stay here in the weekend if you plan on sleeping. Thursday to Saturday music is so loud that the bed is actually shaking (until around 3am). We arrived on a saturday so luckily only experienced this one night. Rest of the nights were fine.'

'I really enjoyed my stay at the Espy! I’d just finished up a long study abroad program that was mainly camping so I had a ton of gear to carry around with me. Luckily they let me drop my bags off before check-in and keep them there after check-out before I left to the airport. I got a private room and it was probably the best deal in cairns! It’s pretty simple, but has everything you need for a short stay. One tiny thing I couldn’t figure out was the bathroom light that never turned on for me,...
