'It’s ok'

'The hotel needed repairs, leaking windows in room. We asked staff for extra pillows and the ones in the room were very small, we were told no. Staff was not friendly at check in and we were ignored when w walked in. Whirlpool jet were not working so unable to use. Pool and whirlpool need to be refinished.'
