'Our stay was absolutely amazing. The house was clean. There was firewood, chopped and ready which was amazing to have. Honestly the whole place was amazing. I don't know what else to say to it. The trails were fun. If I had to give one knock, it's not even anything that the house could do. It's just mosquitoes so be aware that the arm mosquitoes.'

'We had the most amazing time! The cabin was perfect, the bed had a wonderful view of the forest. The dock was lovely to sit at. Everyone was very kind, and social. There is a bar, ice cream and grocery very close! Highly recommend the farmers market on Tuesdays! Unfortunately no fish in the stream'

'As soon as we arrived, we realized there was a broken toilet seat and lid. I contacted the host. Her response was quick as was her arrival to fix the problem. 5 stars for customer service alone. '

'Cabin was stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was timely and included all information we needed for access to cabin. Would be great if in the future that there was a pull out couch for extra people or a blow up mattress. Plenty of room for 4 people'

'This house and property offered my family everything indicated. From the accommodating house to the peaceful surroundings. The lake was as tranquil as expected from the photos. Our grandchildren and children found the paddleboat and boards fun and provided expected relaxation. I'm not sure my family could have found a more pleasant place to stay as we wanted quiet. 'Property was the perfect home base to explore Michigan. Less than 20 minutes from Sleeping Bears Dunes and less than 5 miles from beach front at Lake Michigan, it allowed us time to explore instead of wasting time driving. Teenage sons enjoyed the lake and boats provided with the rental. Cabin was clean and spacious for our family of 4. We’d stay again! '
