'Mike is an excellent attentive host. He set up the home to meet our needs (including for small children) and answered all of our questions. We loved access to the playground and swim spa and appreciated the baby gate at the top of the stairs.The home itself has all the type of equipment you’d need— lots of items in the kitchen, towels, soap & shampoo. Plus the different zones provided great group AND secluded hangout zones for our big crew.'

'Awesome location. We really enjoyed the rooftop patio overlooking the harbor, but the view inside the living room was just as amazing. Beds were comfortable and the host was very proactive in all communications. On street parking was not an issue. I was concerned about getting to the location looking at it on the map it looked kind of messy right off the bridge with many turns, but it was easy to find and there were multiple parking spots right out in front of it. Only thing to be aware of...

'Great communication. Great parking. It's right on a very busy street. Safe walkable location. Town house itself was a little quirky. There's a bedroom with a pullout on the first floor, living space on second floor, master suite on third floor and a roof deck. Lots of stairs. The HVAC was unusual, heat in each room AC only in some rooms. Overall, very good.'

'Everything was very clean, and the kitchen, bathrooms, and linens were stocked. A bigger cookie sheet would’ve been great. Also, the bunk beds are not anchored to the wall which makes them dangerous, they almost tipped over when one of our guests was getting out. Other than that, the place was fanatic and clean and we had a great time!'
