« Beautiful cottage, we were here during Darragh but it was warm and comfortable . Only thing I would say is if you donât know how to light a peat fire research it , lol we had Donagle family to show us the way. But it was wonderful staying here, you canât go wrong especially if you have a large group with all the bedrooms. I would definitely stay here again »

« We have stayed here before and received the usual warm welcome from the owner. The location is to the east of Carrick town, on a side road set back from the M4. The accommodation is quiet though. Bedrooms are cosy and homely.. A good breakfast in the dining room is ensured. Plenty of safe parking space. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. I stayed with my elderly father and my two children aged 5 and 6 years.
It was so close to the towns of both stranolar and ballybofey and also only approx 20 minutes to letterkenny so was perfect location wise. House was clean and tidy and beds were really comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. The house is located on the Main Street in stranolar which is a busy road with traffic, however, although we could hear the traffic at night,...
