'The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.'

'Arrived late in the evening ready to relax and sleep for the night. After doing my usual inspection of the bed I discovered crumbs, stray hairs, and what looked like makeup on the pillow cases and sheets. The room was cleanish, about as clean as a typical hotel. It apps if they just didn’t change the sheets. I did mention to the front desk staff and they were friendly and helpful. Otherwise the stay was fine with no additional issues.'

'Multiple outlets not working in room for plugging in devices, unable to charge devices. One of the lights in room was not working. Water in the bathroom from tap and in the toilet was brown. Called front deks and they told us it was because of recent work done- only information given on calling, no info prior to that. Positives: room ready on time, multiple options for breakfast. easy parking.'

'The location was perfect. I needed a late checkout and they were very accommodating. We ate lunch at the restaurant and it was delicious. The menu had many tasty options, it was hard to decide. As usual, the cookie was perfect!'

'Staff was polite. The hotel claims to be 100% nonsmoking, however the room smelled like it either used to be a smoking room or someone had recently been smoking in there. Room cleanliness was poor. The bedsheets seemed to be the cleanest items in there. Floors turned out socks dirty. Towels were soft but stained.
